• Another exceptional event I had the opportunity to attend

This time, we took part in the UEFA Share in Wales, where we were invited as a participating association. Just like in Moldova, the main topic was further education — or as we call it in Slovakia, a term I personally prefer because it better reflects the essence of lifelong development — continuous learning.

This is a topic closely connected to my own journey over the past six years. That’s why these Share events are among the most valuable for me. There is a direct overlap between what I am trying to build within the Slovak Football Association — and especially through my platform, SoccerCoachesHub — and the perspectives shared by UEFA experts.

Beyond the excellent hospitality provided by the FAW for all participants, they also presented an interesting approach to continuous education within their association. At the same time, the content delivered by UEFA representatives continues to evolve, bringing deeper and increasingly inspiring insights.

I am truly grateful that at the second of four UEFA Share events focused on this topic, I was once again trusted by UEFA to present how my platform aims to support associations and coaches — not only in continuous professional development, but also in licensing education and in building a strong community of football professionals.

What makes me particularly proud is the interest and recognition the platform is receiving from experienced experts representing much larger and stronger football associations.

We are now gradually communicating with several associations, which will allow us to build a high-quality database of knowledge, expertise, and practical insights that coaches can access daily to keep improving. For us, languages and borders are not barriers. Thanks to that, we can support not only smaller associations, but larger ones as well.

I believe we will gradually build a strong community that will eventually become a valuable source of knowledge for itself — and in doing so, make the work around continuous education easier for associations.

My sincere thanks to the representatives of FA Wales — David Adams, Amy Hobbs, Rob Franklin, James McCarthy and Andrew Lewis.

And also to the UEFA representatives — Jozef Záhorský, Ghenadie Scurtul, Thomas Eidler and Martin Vlk.

If you are interested in learning more about the platform — or even exploring its implementation within your football association — feel free to reach out. We can arrange a Zoom meeting where I’ll be happy to present everything in detail.

You can also test the platform yourself and even take advantage of a free trial for your license education.
